At Forever Everton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your official gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that personalized jerseys and custom memorabilia are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
